TPU High-Elasticity Filament Series is developed for applications that require enhanced rebound, flexibility and wear resistance compared with standard TPU. Under comparable conditions, the material is designed to provide approximately 10%–15% higher resilience while maintaining dependable toughness, elasticity and layer adhesion.
The series is available in 70A and 95A hardness options. The 70A grade offers a softer, more compliant feel for applications that require greater deformation and cushioning, while the 95A grade provides increased firmness, stronger shape retention and broader suitability for functional parts that experience repeated bending or impact.
With good elastic recovery and wear resistance, TPU High-Elasticity Filament can be used for flexible components, protective parts, footwear-related applications, sports accessories, seals, grips, vibration-damping parts and customized functional products. Its strong layer adhesion also supports reliable performance for repeated-use components and functional prototypes.

Applications
