PEBA Filament Series is developed for applications that require lightweight performance, high resilience and excellent elastic recovery. Compared with conventional flexible materials, PEBA combines low density with strong rebound behavior, helping printed parts remain light while maintaining toughness, flexibility and repeated-use durability.

The series is available in 35D and 40D hardness options. The 35D grade provides a softer and more compliant response for applications that benefit from greater flexibility and deformation, while the 40D grade offers increased firmness, stronger shape retention and improved structural support for more demanding functional parts.

PEBA is especially suitable for applications where both weight reduction and dynamic performance are important. Typical uses include sports equipment, footwear components, wearable parts, protective components, elastic connectors and precision functional structures that need to withstand repeated bending, compression or impact.
