TPU Foam Filament Series
TPU Foam Filament is a lightweight and resilient flexible material designed to reduce part weight while maintaining elasticity and cushioning performance. Foaming occurs during the printing process, producing finished parts with a lower density of approximately 0.6–0.8 g/cm³. The series is available in 70A, 80A, 85A and 90A hardness options for different flexibility and support requirements.

Product Description
TPU Foam Filament Series is developed for applications that require lightweight construction, flexible performance and strong resilience. During printing, the material undergoes a controlled foaming process that helps reduce the density of finished parts to approximately 0.6–0.8 g/cm³, allowing designers to produce lighter components while maintaining the elasticity and cushioning characteristics of TPU.
The series is available in 70A, 80A, 85A and 90A hardness options, providing different levels of softness, flexibility and structural support. Softer grades are suitable for applications that require greater deformation and cushioning, while firmer grades provide improved shape retention and support for more demanding functional parts.
Its low-density structure makes TPU Foam suitable for products where weight reduction, impact absorption and comfortable flexibility are important. Typical applications include footwear components, protective padding, wearable parts, flexible inserts, sports accessories, lightweight functional prototypes and customized cushioning products.
For B2B customers, Tecsonar supports bulk orders, private labeling, customized packaging and project-based material requirements. With multiple hardness options and color choices available across the series, TPU Foam Filament provides manufacturers, distributors and 3D printing service providers with a flexible lightweight material solution for both prototyping and customized production.
Lightweight Flexibility with High Resilience
TPU Foam Filament combines low density, flexible performance and excellent resilience for lightweight functional parts. The material foams during printing, helping reduce finished-part density while maintaining cushioning, elasticity and impact absorption.
Available in multiple hardness levels, it is suitable for footwear components, protective padding, wearable parts, flexible inserts and other applications where weight reduction and comfort are important.

Choose the Right TPU Foam Hardness
Tecsonar TPU Foam Filament is available in multiple hardness levels to meet different requirements for softness, cushioning, resilience and structural support. Softer grades provide greater deformation and comfort, while firmer grades offer improved shape retention and support for functional applications.
TPU Foam Series Positioning
The Tecsonar TPU Foam Series covers hardness options from 70A to 90A, allowing customers to select the appropriate balance of softness, cushioning and structural support for different applications. All grades are designed around lightweight foaming performance, helping reduce finished-part density while maintaining TPU flexibility, resilience and durability.

Applications
TPU Foam Filament is especially suitable for applications where lightweight construction, cushioning and flexible recovery are important. Typical applications include footwear components, midsoles, insoles, protective padding, wearable parts, flexible inserts and other products that benefit from reduced material density.
Its foamed structure can also provide useful cushioning and impact-absorbing characteristics for sports accessories, protective components, ergonomic products and lightweight functional parts. Different hardness options allow designers to select a softer grade for comfort-focused applications or a firmer grade where additional shape retention and support are required.
For prototyping and customized production, TPU Foam can be used for lightweight flexible components, cushioning structures, lattice designs and other functional parts where conventional solid TPU may provide more weight or material density than necessary.
