Product Description
TPU 75A Filament is designed for applications that require a soft and flexible material with slightly greater structural support than 70A TPU. It maintains a rubber-like feel and strong elastic recovery while offering improved shape retention, making it suitable for parts that need repeated bending, compression and comfortable surface contact.
The material provides a practical balance of softness, resilience, impact resistance and abrasion resistance. Compared with harder TPU grades such as 90A or 95A, TPU 75A deforms more easily and provides better cushioning, while still retaining enough firmness for functional parts that need to maintain their overall shape during regular use.
TPU 75A is suitable for both prototyping and customized production of flexible components, protective parts, wearable products, soft-touch accessories and cushioning elements. Its combination of softness and moderate support makes it useful for applications where very soft TPU may be too compliant, but standard 95A TPU may feel too firm.
