TPU Matte 64D Filament is designed for applications that require high rigidity, strong dimensional stability and reduced deformation together with a refined low-gloss surface finish. Compared with Shore A Matte TPU grades, 64D provides significantly greater structural support while retaining the toughness, impact resistance and durability associated with thermoplastic polyurethane.
Its higher hardness makes it suitable for parts that need to maintain their geometry under mechanical stress, compression and repeated use. The matte surface helps reduce reflections and gives printed components a cleaner, more understated appearance, making the material suitable for both engineering applications and visible functional parts.
With stable extrusion, consistent filament diameter and dependable mechanical performance, TPU Matte 64D can be used for structural brackets, protective housings, mechanical covers, rigid-flexible components, rollers, equipment accessories and customized industrial parts. It is especially suitable for applications where standard flexible TPU is too soft but a completely rigid plastic is not preferred.
